About us
We are Bruno and Carla and we are the owners of Feudi 1165, a bed & breakfast and restaurant just few minutes from the sea of ​​Sabaudia. Experienced restaurateurs, we decided to reinvent ourselves in an informal context at your service, in an ambience elegant and familiar at the same time, where you will enjoy the green countryside of the Italy’s center landscape, and also eat the typical and seasonal products of our place.
Bed & Breakfast
We rent a 50mq apartment in open countryside, close to the Circeo National Park and the beaches of Sabaudia and Terracina. The apartment is part of a house of the 1930s and consists of: a living room with sofa (2 seats), 32-inch led TV, wifi and wood stove, plus super-equipped kitchen; a bathroom with shower, complete with linens and soaps; a small hallway and a bedroom with a wrought iron matrimonial bed. Our rates include: tourist tax, on-site parking (unattended), wifi, bike rental, cleaning, breakfast, and many other services. The house is equipped for both short and long periods, with washing machine (not included), clothes rack, cleaning products, etc.
We have furnished the accommodation just like a typical country house where tranquility reigns and is equipped with all comforts; the house, from the cozy and familiar environment, is perfect for a couple or even more: the amenities are: a double seats bed, a double seats sofa bed in the common area and a cot that can be added, for a total of 5 guests. The apartment is surrounded by greenery, bright and very hospitable with a charming wood stove for the winter cold. The original structure of the entire house, dating back to early 1900s, is still intact and has been modified internally over time in order to make this apartment completely independent and separate from the rest of the house in which we live and work.
Some rules. Check-in is for 12 pm and check-out by 10 am, but we will be flexible and accommodating, cleaning is done every 3/4 days as needed and are included in the price. Guests can easily access our gardens and are invited to stroll along our grounds: the house is surrounded by green gardens, vegetable gardens and several hectares of land all usable by guests who want to fully enjoy the country life, with its sparkling sunrises and long and fascinating sunsets. Pets are allowed (with a small surcharge for cleaning) in outdoor areas where they can enjoy large spaces and, to meet the needs of future guests, smoke is strictly forbidden inside the house: smoking is allowed outside the house ( in the gardens and on the balcony).
We live in the other part of the building and work on site so we will always be at your disposal for any doubt or possible problem.
All year long we can advise you on where to go and what to do for the duration of the accommodation, staying with us will be like in your second home where you will never have to worry about anything. For more photos, to stay informed about our events and occasions, follow us on our Feudi1165 page.

The kitchen
Feudi 1165 is also a restaurant! We are professional restaurateurs since long time, now we decided to invest all our strength in our land and to focus on local products: fish from Terracina (from poor fish such as anchovies and cod to the finest such as tuna and sea bass), meat and dairy products of the area (free-range chickens, “montecellane” sausages, buffalo mozzarella Pontine DOP) and seasonal products such as vegetables (aubergines, Terracina courgettes, tomatoes, potatoes, string beans, broccoli, Roman artichokes) aromatic herbs and fruit; ice creams and desserts made entirely at home with eggs from our hens; we accompany all this with a selection of labels of local wines and spirits. All the products of the earth come from our vegetable garden, that you can visit walking by the gardens of the house between one course and another. Our house, an elegant and warm location, is inclusive of an outdoor space in the warm seasons, to fully appreciate the cool summer evenings in the countryside after a day at the beach.
We personally take care of our kitchen, prepared by Carla and served by Bruno, and this homemade restaurant is available all year round but only by reservation, in order to give us the opportunity to find the raw materials that you want to taste and that Carla will prepare in her way. The kitchen is also available for parties, small events and class catering.
